VILLAS DESIGNED FOR RESPONSIBLE TOURISM ​

 

At the heart of the preserved environment of the Picardy coastline between Baie de Somme and Baie d'Authie, it was obvious to us that our villas “Entre deux Baies”, “Parenthese en Baie de Somme”, Bout des pres” and "Ponta: located on the Pont à Cailloux cycle route" had to combine luxury, comfort and ecological requirements. This is why we chose to buy mainly in local shops and to mainly work on a second life, to promote short circuits and thus reduce the carbon footprint. Called Réderies, our local flea markets, allowed us to decorate our homes in very different and especially anti-waste themes.

In parallel with the choice of quality and noble materials and that of installations and equipment from high-end brands, we have constantly favored solutions intended to last, limiting energy consumption and the waste of our natural resources. To respect natural resources, we have opted for 100% LED lighting as well as household appliances classified at least A+. From the bedrooms to the bathrooms, everything has been designed with respect for the planet, with eco-smart showers, double flushes, bins making selective sorting easier and even ecological cleaning products. ​

 

Villa Ponta is located on the GR 120 Euro-bike route allowing you to do your shopping and go to Fort Mahon beach safely by bike: no carbon footprint!!!

 

Access to our houses by train is very very easy, the Paris-Boulogne line stops at Rue, where we have three of our houses, we offer to pick you up directly from the station which can limit a number of cars. ​
